\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9 Sotto il cielo di S\u0101vatth\u012b, il Sublime cammina,
con il figlio R\u0101hulo accanto, che lo segue da vicino,
mostrando che l\u2019io \u00e8 pura illusione,
che corpo e sensazione, come il vento, si disperdono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ci\u00f2 che non \u00e8 l’io,” insegnava il Sublime,
non solo il corpo, ma sensi, pensieri, coscienza,
tutto \u00e8 come terra, acqua, fuoco e brezza,
elementi che mutano, privi d\u2019essenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u0101hulo medita, sotto un albero in pace,
S\u0101riputto lo vede e saggia parola svela:
“Respira consapevole, con calma lo spazio abbraccia,
cos\u00ec il frutto della pratica la mente eleva.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E il Buddha prosegue, insegnando la via:
“Esercita l’ascesi come la terra, che nulla la turba,
come acqua che tutto purifica e svia,
come fuoco che arde, aria che tutto avvolge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come lo spazio, libero e senza confini,
coltiva l\u2019ascesi con gentilezza e compassione,
pratica equanimit\u00e0, e l\u2019ego scompare,
ricorda la transitoriet\u00e0, che annienta il desiderio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditato respiro, lungo e profondo,
porta grande frutto, conduce oltre il mondo.
Cos\u00ec anche l\u2019ultimo soffio, calmo e leggero,
cesser\u00e0 consapevole, nel vuoto pi\u00f9 vero.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mentre R\u0101hulo ascolta, la mente si rischiara,
contento si rallegra, di tanta preziosa saggezza.

\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 In the Footsteps of the Sublime: Lessons to the Son R\u0101hula<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the sky of S\u0101vatth\u012b, the Sublime walks,
with his son R\u0101hula beside him, following close,
showing that the self is mere illusion,
that body and feeling, like the wind, disperse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat is not-self,\u201d taught the Sublime,
not just the body, but senses, thoughts, and consciousness\u2014
all are like earth, water, fire, and breeze:
changing elements, devoid of essence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u0101hula meditates, beneath a peaceful tree,
S\u0101riputta sees him, and wise words he speaks:
\u201cBreathe mindfully, calmly embrace the space,
thus the fruit of practice lifts the mind.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the Buddha continues, teaching the path:
\u201cPractice asceticism like the earth\u2014unshaken by all,
like water that cleanses and gently flows on,
like fire that burns, like air that enfolds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like space\u2014free and without borders\u2014
cultivate asceticism with kindness and compassion.
Practice equanimity, and the ego will vanish;
remember impermanence, which severs desire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A meditative breath, long and deep,
brings great fruit, and leads beyond the world.
So too the final breath, calm and light,
will cease with awareness, in the truest void.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As R\u0101hula listens, his mind becomes clear,
joyful, he rejoices in such precious wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
