“Lascia l\u2019ira, figlio della fede,
anche se pugni e spade ti ferissero,

Non basta la mitezza nei giorni sereni,
ma nel fuoco della prova si rivela la vera virt\u00f9,
come quando parole taglienti e penetranti
sfidano la calma del cuore, la fermezza pura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Come una buona reputazione, ma fragile,
pu\u00f2 essere macchiata dall’ira incontrollata,
cos\u00ec un cuore irato smarrisce la pace,
mentre l\u2019amore lo custodisce e lo difende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Come il cielo non pu\u00f2 essere oscurato,
come il Gange non pu\u00f2 essere asciugato,
cos\u00ec il cuore saldo si mantiene immutato,
quando il mondo si agita e grida in vano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tieni a mente, praticante, il paragone della sega:
anche se fossi tagliato, non lasciare che l\u2019ira
invada il tuo cuore, ma spargi amore illimitato,
senza fine, radicato nell’immensit\u00e0.”

“Let go of anger, child of faith,
even if fists and swords should strike you,
stand firm, with a heart full of goodwill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
in the fire of trial true virtue is revealed,
as when sharp and piercing words
challenge the calm of heart, pure steadfastness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
can be stained by uncontrolled anger,
so an enraged heart loses its peace,
while love guards and shields it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
as the Ganges cannot be dried,
so the steadfast heart remains unchanged
when the world stirs and shouts in vain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
even if you were cut to pieces, let not anger
invade your heart, but spread boundless love,
endless, rooted in the vastness.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
